1. Overview
This website is operated by Owtlaws, owned by Apex Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree to give accurate information when you place an order.

3. Products and availability
We try to show our products' colors and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we can't guarantee your display is exact. Our drops are limited, so products may sell out at any time. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.

5. Discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. They can't be exchanged for cash and may expire. We may cancel orders that misuse a code.

6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and delivery times vary by carrier and location. Once your package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and exchanges
Unused, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how it works.

8. Intellectual property
Everything on this site belongs to Owtlaws or is used with permission. That includes the Owtlaws name and logo, our designs, photos, text, and graphics. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any of it without our written permission.

9. User content
If you send us reviews, photos, or comments, you give us permission to display and share them on our site and social media. You confirm you have the right to share that content, and that it isn't unlawful or offensive.

10. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful. You also agree not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to use bots or scripts to buy up limited products.

11. Disclaimer
The site and our products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

13. Privacy
Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
