Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
